We work best with clients who trust us to become part of their business, and allow us access to great content at all times.
GENERAL TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT
Specific terms to your business will be noted in an individual contract if they differ from the general terms below.

Confidentiality:

You agree to supply all necessary passwords to access the digital platforms you have asked us to manage. This information will be held in a secure place and deleted when the service agreement concludes.

We take your privacy seriously and will not share your information with any third parties unless we have your approval.

We recognise the importance of security and we take precautions to minimise the risk of breach.

The security of your pages is solely your responsibility - Should a breach happen outside of our control, eg your account is hacked or closed down for any reason - we do not accept liability.

Content/Creative:

We will not post or supply content that breaches social media or broadcasting policies.

You agree to supply us with any content in advance of us supplying the content calendar for approval.

You agree that you have the rights to use any media you supply to us.

All content/copy will be sent for approval via a content calendar. Upon approval, this content will be scheduled. Edits can be made but may incur additional cost after it has been scheduled.

External services will incur additional charges - third party content creation, advertising costs etc. We will notify you of any additional charges prior to incurring any costs.

Scope of Work:

You agree that any work outside of the scope of your original agreement will be charged at our hourly rate, or an pre-approved project rate.

Invoicing:

All prices exclude GST.

Invoicing is determined by the type of service you require and referred to in the Payment Terms in your contract

​All payments are to be made to KITmedia. within SEVEN days of the invoice date.

We reserve the right to charge a late payment fee if time is taken to chase payment.

Pricing:
We reserve the right to change our prices with ONE months’ written notice.
​
Termination of Contract:
Our working relationship may be terminated and/or changed at any time by giving us at least ONE months' written notice. We reserve the right to do the same.
